1. GO FOR REGULAR BODY CHECKUPS

 

Stay on top of your health by going for regular checkups. See your doctor twice or more  a month and get your entire body check-up. Doing so will allow you to grasp the problem at an early stage, take preventive steps, or get to know them before they even start.

 

The test you require entirely depends on your age, family history, and also on your regular fitness routine.

If you want to age well, then you should get these tests done regularly:

 

1. High blood pressure

2. Cholesterol level

3. Diabetes

4. Eyesight

 

2. EAT A GOOD DIET

 

Have a healthy diet- load your plate with green vegetables, , fruits, whole grains, nuts, and  low-fat dairy products.

By doing so, you will be able to avoid harmful health diseases and stay active all day long. A study also shows that this type  of diet can help you live longer and also protects you from diseases like cancer, heart disease, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s disease.

 

3. GO FOR A WALK

 

    Go for a walk daily. Try to go for a brisk walk for about 30 minutes, and if you can’t continuously do the walk, break your shift into two, shorter 15-minute walks.  

Walking can keep your mental and physical health in a good state. Walking provides more blood circulation, especially in the brain, which eventually leads to more oxygen supply.
